You will deliver workforce, pay and reward analysis to support strategic decisions, build and maintain complex Excel-based models to forecast outcomes, and develop cost modelling for pay proposals and policy changes.
Key requirements include advanced Excel, VBA and data modelling skills, a STEM degree, and the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
