THE TEAM You’ll join the Performance function, covering analytics, SEO, paid media, CRO, CRM, and digital strategy.
This role is the analytics lead in the team—the go‑to authority for all tracking, reporting, and data interpretation.
You’ll work closely with internal and client stakeholders and line‑manage an offshore analytics specialist already supporting implementation and delivery.

THE ROLE This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll own the analytics strategy and ensure robust measurement across a range of digital clients.
You will take responsibility for tracking foundations, data accuracy, insight generation, and engaging client communication.

Own tracking infrastructure—GTM, tagging specifications, and measurement plans.
Manage and optimise analytics accounts, dashboards, and reporting structures (e. g., Looker Studio).

Manage and mentor an offshore analytics specialist.
Collaborate closely with performance, content, and development teams.
Typical workload: ~75% hands‑on technical analytics / 25% stakeholder‑facing insight and communication.
PROJECT EXPOSURE GTM setup and tagging for paid campaigns.
Dashboard development and automation (Looker Studio).
Big Query integration and data engineering (around 10% of role).
