With Dynamics 365 and new operational systems now in place, they’re ready to take the first steps on their AI adoption journey. This role is a rare chance to guide that discovery phase, working directly with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, prototype quick wins, and map out the roadmap for long-term value.

As the AI Consultant, you’ll be the internal champion for AI, sitting with business teams, unpicking workflows, and designing solutions that bring immediate impact — from streamlining ship maintenance schedules to configuring Microsoft CoPilot for day-to-day use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sit with teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities
  • Identify and evaluate AI use cases (esp. CoPilot, automation, custom agents)
  • Prototype solutions and demonstrate quick wins
  • Document findings and create an actionable roadmap
  • Educate and evangelise AI internally, building credibility across stakeholders
  • Collaborate with COO, Head of Data, and wider transformation leads

This person needs to be able to program in Python to build prototypes/POCs.
