The Role:
- Lead the migration and rebuild of datasets and reports across the business.
- Partner with users to run interviews and workshops to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Design and deliver clear, scalable dashboards using modern BI tools.
- Work closely with backend and analytics teams to ensure data models meet business needs.
- Influence best practice in reporting, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Strong SQL capability in a commercial analytics environment.
- Hands on experience with Power BI, Looker, Omni or similar modern BI tools.
- Proven ability to gather requirements directly from non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with evolving data models and reporting migrations.
- Exposure to dbt or semantic layers is beneficial but not essential.
- Able to start at short notice.
