BI Analyst
Up to £70,000
Hybrid – West Yorkshire (2x days per month)
We are seeking a skilled BI Analyst to take ownership of building and managing a modern data warehouse environment for a market-leading UK business with a strong national presence. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a small, collaborative team, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver high-quality data solutions that drive insight and innovation.
The Role
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and design fit-for-purpose solutions
- Build and manage a data warehouse end-to-end, integrating data from multiple core platforms
- Work hands-on with Azure Data Factory for data extraction, transformation, and loading into an Azure SQL Data Warehouse
- Collaborate with Power BI developers to create effective data models and reporting solutions
- Operate within a CI/CD environment, engaging with wider software development teams
- Ensure robust connections and integrations (e.g. gateway setup) to enable seamless data flow
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Data Warehouse
- Proven track record of managing a data warehouse lifecycle end-to-end
- Experience with Power BI for data modelling and analytics
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and collaboration with software developers (desirable)
- Comfortable working both independently and in partnership with business stakeholders
- Adaptable and flexible – experience in smaller, agile teams a plus
