The Role
You will act as a central BI partner, owning the foundations of reporting and insight across the organisation. Your work will span hands-on development and commercial analysis, with clear visibility and influence.
- Build and maintain robust data models using SQL, designed for analytics and BI consumption
- Develop automated, reliable reporting to replace manual spreadsheet-based processes
- Create dashboards and self-serve analytics in Omni, focusing on meaningful commercial KPIs
- Deliver product and marketplace insight, including retention, lifetime value, and user behaviour analysis
- Conduct exploratory and ad hoc analysis to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders, translating business questions into clear analytical outputs
- Balance build and insight work, combining delivery with advisory input to the wider business
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong SQL skills with experience in data modelling and transformations
- Commercial or product analytics experience within a BI or analytics environment
- Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar
- A solid understanding of KPI design, star schemas, and semantic layers
- Confidence working with non-technical stakeholders and challenging assumptions with data
- An adaptable mindset, comfortable operating in a scaling and evolving environment
