Our client, a luxury retail brand, is looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join their growing CRM team. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering CRM strategy across multiple channels, with a strong focus on lifecycle marketing and automation.
Responsibilities
- Drive CRM strategy across email, direct mail, and SMS channels
- Lead the development of lifecycle and automated customer journeys
- Build campaigns from the ground up, from concept through to delivery
- Own end-to-end campaign management across all CRM channels
- Manage direct mail campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution
Skills & experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in CRM or marketing
- Strong campaign development and delivery experience
- Hands-on experience running direct mail campaigns
