About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Braze contractor to join our agency client on a fully remote basis. As a Braze expert, you will be responsible for optimising the client's marketing automation platform, ensuring seamless integration, and driving impactful campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a deep understanding of Braze, keen to work with a dynamic team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimise campaigns within Braze to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Implement data-driven strategies and ensure seamless integration with other marketing and data platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues within Braze campaigns, from setup to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and meet business objectives.
