We’re looking for a talented Braze & Bloomreach Freelancer to join our team on an ad hoc project basis, with an immediate focus on supporting Braze email execution and upcoming Bloomreach work. This is a hands-on build and execution role, perfect for someone who thrives on crafting complex, dynamic, and personalised lifecycle campaigns.
You’ll work closely with our Account Managers, freeing up their time by taking ownership of email building and campaign execution from one-off tactical sends to multi-version personalised journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute lifecycle automations and one-off campaigns using Braze and Bloomreach
- Develop complex, multi-version emails using dynamic personalisation and AI capabilities
- Ensure campaigns are technically sound, visually on-brand, and delivered on time
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality CRM outputs for hospitality clients and beyond
- Work efficiently to hit deadlines for multi-version email builds
- Proven experience with Braze and Bloomreach
- Strong understanding of building lifecycle automations and personalised campaigns
- Hands-on technical knowledge of both platforms’ capabilities
- Hospitality sector experience (highly desirable)
