The Role
- Lead and develop a team of analysts
- Define the marketing analytics and customer insight strategy
- Build customer segmentation and targeting models
- Deliver actionable insights across email, telemarketing, and wider marketing activity
- Identify cross-sell, upsell, and growth opportunities from customer data
- Develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI
- Use SQL to analyse customer, campaign, and operational performance
- Partner with senior stakeholders to influence commercial decisions
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong marketing analytics and customer insight experience
- Team leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Advanced SQL and Power BI skills
- Expertise in segmentation, targeting, and campaign analysis
- Ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations
