Hybrid – Blackburn (3 days per week)

Our client, a luxury retail brand, is looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join their growing CRM team. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering CRM strategy across multiple channels, with a strong focus on lifecycle marketing and automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive CRM strategy across email, direct mail, and SMS channels
  • Lead the development of lifecycle and automated customer journeys
  • Build campaigns from the ground up, from concept through to delivery
  • Own end-to-end campaign management across all CRM channels
  • Manage direct mail campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution

Skills & experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in CRM or marketing
  • Strong campaign development and delivery experience
  • Hands-on experience running direct mail campaigns
