A leading UK health organisation is undergoing a major digital and operational transformation, moving away from legacy systems into a modern, product-led operating model. Over the past year, the business has adopted a Spotify-style squad and tribe structure, embedding optimisation capability into a more digital, data-driven environment. The organisation is mid-way through a large-scale transformation programme, including the migration of core operations onto Salesforce and the introduction of intelligent automation across the business.

This role has been created to modernise traditional operational excellence and make it fit for a digital organisation. You will play a key role in shaping how processes operate in a product-led, technology-enabled environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading process improvement initiatives across digital and operational teams
  • Applying Lean thinking to redesign and optimise end-to-end processes
  • Partnering with Product Owners, Digital and Operations to identify improvement opportunities
  • Defining how processes should evolve and how technology can enable them, including Salesforce, RPA and AI
  • Hands-on process mapping, data analysis and solution design

This is a high-impact role within a transformation that is already well underway, offering the opportunity to shape how a modern digital organisation operates.
