The Role
Work hands-on alongside the Data Science Lead and another Data Scientist to build and scale customer-focused models.
Take ownership of end-to-end Data Science projects from problem definition through to deployment.
Develop and productionise models across use cases such as customer segmentation, lifetime value modelling, demand forecasting, and targeted campaigns.
Contribute to the design and evolution of a new Data Science platform and best practices.
Partner closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, and commercial stakeholders to ensure models are practical and impactful.

Your Skills and Experience
Strong commercial experience using Python for Data Science and Machine Learning.
Confident working with SQL to access and manipulate data.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end Data Science solutions, including deployment into production environments.
Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and explain model outputs and impact.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure is beneficial, with openness to tools like Vertex AI or Azure ML.
