BI Analyst – 3x a week in Solihull

We are working with a hospitality company who are based in Solihull and are looking to add a BI Analyst to their team to focus on Finance, Marketing and Sales data.

Key Skills:

• Power BI & SQL – Build dashboards and reports to drive business insights.
• DAX experience
• KPI Development – Create and refine performance metrics across multiple business areas
• Business Partnering – Collaborate with different teams, understand business needs, and translate them into BI solutions.
• Insight & Impact – Go beyond reporting; generate meaningful insights that influence decision-making.
