Harnham is seeking an AI Tooling Governance & Adoption Manager to shape governance and adoption of AI across the organisation. Based in Basingstoke, you will work 2 days a week on-site and partner with legal, compliance, security, HR, finance, and business teams to ensure responsible AI usage.
You will own governance frameworks, manage tool lifecycles, govern budgets, and drive adoption through training and communications, delivering exec-level reporting on spend and risk.
