The Role
You will act as the central owner of ecommerce reporting and analysis, moving the business from fragmented data to clear, actionable insight. Key responsibilities include:
- Owning ecommerce performance reporting and building scalable dashboards used across the business
- Analysing trading performance, traffic, conversion and customer journeys
- Evaluating paid media performance across key digital channels and supporting attribution understanding
