This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale a growing Business Intelligence function within a high-performing media and marketing environment. You will play a key role in elevating how data is used to drive commercial outcomes, working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing the direction of BI across the business.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and lead the day-to-day delivery of BI products, including dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Assess existing reporting frameworks and identify opportunities to enhance structure, scalability, and impact.
- Design and build high-quality dashboards across marketing performance metrics such as clicks, impressions, and conversions.
- Support onboarding of new client projects, delivering tailored reporting solutions from initial discovery through to deployment.
- Develop and improve templating approaches, with scope to introduce more advanced capabilities such as forecasting.
- Integrate broader client business data into reporting to provide more holistic insights.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure outputs meet both technical and commercial needs.
- Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to the wider growth of the BI function.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong commercial experience delivering BI and reporting solutions within a marketing or media environment.
- Expertise in Looker/Data studio for dashboarding.
- Wider experience in Power BI would be beneficial.
- Advanced SQL skills, with experience working in platforms such as BigQuery.
- Experience working with marketing performance data and building actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Confidence managing multiple projects and stakeholders, with clear and effective communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in AI and its application to analytics or reporting workflows.
- Experience mentoring or supporting more junior team members.
- Additional experience with Python or R would be advantageous.
