As they continue to expand, they’re now looking for a passionate Associate Director to lead qualitative research initiatives and shape the future of our projects. THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Associate Director would have the following responsibilites: Lead the design, execution, and delivery of qualitative research projects across FMCG, automotive, lifestyle, and other consumer sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner to understand their business challenges and deliver actionable insights. Craft compelling research proposals, methodologies, and discussion guides tailored to meet client needs. Facilitate qualitative research activities, including moderating focus groups, conducting in-depth interviews, ethnography, and running online communities.
