REQUIREMENTS:

• Passion for Data and Training
• A background in teaching or training settings, whether in a classroom, or alternative environments.
• Familiarity with coding languages such as SQL, Python, R, and SAS.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities.
• Ideal experience across Data Engineering/Machine Learning etc.
• Eagerness for personal development within a dynamic work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivering engaging technical training content to a class of approximately 20 to 24 individuals.
• Developing innovative technical training materials for the cohort.
• Collaborating on defining and setting projects to challenge and develop graduates.
• Assessing homework/projects, offering constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Configuring necessary technical environments for effective training.
• Providing guidance, tutoring, and mentorship throughout graduates\’ learning journey.
• Demonstrating effective project management skills for successful delivery.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
• Adapting to the varied demands of the role, recognizing that a typical day may extend beyond conventional working hours.
