About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for an analytics professional to join a thriving retail business during a period of unprecedented growth. As part of a collaborative team of 10, you'll bridge the gap between data and strategy, helping to drive performance improvements through actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting: Develop, collate, and maintain accurate, timely reporting tools to monitor trading performance.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing recommendations to enhance performance.
- Strategic Support: Deliver data-driven insights to leadership and functional heads to inform decision-making.
- Market Insights: Monitor competitor activity and market trends, highlighting risks and opportunities to the business.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and reliability, maintaining high-quality inputs for analysis and reporting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Attend key meetings, own reporting actions, and create clear, impactful data visualisations.
What We’re Looking For:
