We are working with a high-growth online gambling company that is scaling its data and analytics capability following significant funding.
They are looking for an Analytics Manager to take ownership of analytics across the business, working alongside a separate data and engineering function.
The role
- Own and lead analytics across the business
- Deliver insight, reporting, and BI with a hands-on technical approach
- Work closely with stakeholders across Growth, Marketing, and Trading
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Manage two analysts (Data Analyst and Senior Data Analyst)
- Partner with engineering on backend BI and data usage
About you
- Strong hands-on SQL experience
- Background in analytics, BI, or customer analytics
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
- Some people management experience
- Experience in gambling, gaming, or other regulated environments preferred
- Experience with BI tools (Omni a plus)
- dbt experience nice to have
