The Role
- Work with large, complex datasets to deliver high-quality analysis that informs commercial decision-making
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Partner with teams across digital, retail, finance, and data science to answer key business questions
- Support KPI reporting and develop scalable, self-serve dashboards in Power BI
- Design and evaluate A/B tests to optimise performance across customer and operational initiatives
- Deliver segmentation, cohort, and lifetime value analysis to support marketing and product strategy
- Improve data quality, validation processes, and consistency of metrics across reporting
- Contribute to the development of analytics best practices and ways of working in a growing function
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong SQL skills with experience working with large, complex data environments
- Experience using Python or similar tools for analysis, automation, or statistical evaluation
- Proficiency in Power BI or comparable BI tools, building and maintaining dashboards
- Strong commercial experience in customer or marketing analytics, including segmentation and test-and-learn approaches
- Ability to translate analysis into clear business recommendations and influence decision-making
- Experience working across multiple data sources and navigating ambiguity with a pragmatic approach
- Collaborative mindset with the confidence to act as a thought partner to stakeholders
