The Role:
You’ll be the analytics lead for one of the consultancy’s largest clients, owning end-to-end delivery of analytics and presenting recommendations directly to senior stakeholders, including CMOs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading statistical analysis across products, campaigns, and digital channels
- Building attribution models, MMM, clustering, and segmentation using SQL and Python
- Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior audiences
- Driving personalisation strategies and optimisation recommendations
- Presenting findings to forums of up to 40 senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity
- Acting as the bridge between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams
- Supporting data quality checks and analytics implementation
Your Skills
- 2–4+ years’ experience in digital or marketing analytics
- Hands-on expertise with SQL and Python for statistical modelling (clustering, MMM, propensity)
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and large groups
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and campaign performance metrics
- Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and work autonomously
- Client-side or consultancy experience with a track record of building trusted relationships
- Experience with personalisation and testing workflows would be a positive
