Solutions AI Engineer London (Hybrid: 3–4 days per week in Holborn) £65k–£90k + benefits | 2+ years experience We’re hiring x2 Solutions AI Engineers to join a profitable AI software startup building production-grade generative AI for regulated industries. This role is London-based with regular in-office collaboration required. The Company A product-led AI business (~25 people) focused on a no-code generative AI platform used by legal and financial services clients as core production infrastructure. Recently funded, profitable, and operating in highly regulated environments. The Role A true hybrid position: ~50% client-facing / ~50% hands-on engineering . You will: Work directly with end users to understand requirements and design AI solutions Build and maintain production-grade GenAI features with engineers Deliver client POCs that often become core platform capabilities Support customer demos and tailored use cases Startup mindset required: ownership, pace, and comfort with ambiguity. What We’re Looking For Consulting or product-led background with direct client exposure Strong Python and hands-on delivery of GenAI systems (RAG, LLM apps, agent workflows) Able to write production-quality, maintainable code Familiar with prompt engineering, evaluation, and tools such as LangChain / LangGraph Clear motivation to work in a startup environment Apply below!
