We're working exclusively with a well-known brand in the travel sector that's investing in its internal dashboard capabilities. After delivering an award-nominated dashboard, the team is now looking to bring in a UX Designer to help elevate the user experience and accessibility of existing Power BI dashboards. This is a new role, sitting within a small, agile team that has recently gained strong backing from senior stakeholders. With a clear roadmap in place, you'll play a key role in improving how data is consumed across various business units - from senior leadership to operational teams on the ground.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partnering closely with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
- Designing intuitive, accessible interfaces for KPI dashboards used on large displays across departments
- Working in sprints, writing user stories, and collaborating with developers and data analysts
- Presenting concepts and iterating based on feedback and user testing
- Delivering designs that accommodate multiple user needs and viewing contexts
Skills & Experience
- Proven UX experience, ideally with data-heavy dashboards
- Strong background in accessibility and user-centred design
- Comfortable working in agile environments and sprint cycles
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
£350-£400 per day (inside IR35), 2 days per week in the West London office.
