The Role

  • Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Refine and mature product foundations, introducing best-practice tools, frameworks, and ways of working.
  • Translate complex customer and market insights into clear, actionable product direction.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new products and major releases in partnership with commercial teams.
  • Mentor and support existing Product Managers, raising the standard of product thinking across the team.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive adoption and value.
  • Track and optimise product performance against commercial KPIs, ensuring everything is anchored in real-world impact.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience owning and delivering product strategy within complex, data-driven or AI-enabled environments.
  • Proven ability to take products from early foundations through to scale and commercial maturity.
  • Experience operating in or alongside life sciences, pharma, biotech, or similarly complex domains.
  • Demonstrated success in roadmap ownership, stakeholder alignment, and prioritisation.
  • Go-to-market experience, including positioning, launches, and commercial collaboration.
  • Confidence mentoring other Product Managers and influencing without formal authority.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and building structure where needed.
