THE ROLE

You’ll take ownership of SEO performance for a flagship retail site, driving organic growth across a high‑traffic, high‑revenue platform. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be expected to hit the ground running, working across technical SEO, content optimisation and strategy delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Owning SEO performance (rankings, traffic, revenue)
  • Delivering and executing SEO strategy across technical and on‑site optimisation
  • Identifying growth opportunities through keyword and performance analysis
  • Managing site health (technical SEO, crawlability, indexing)
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across multiple business functions
  • Managing agency relationships and output
  • Reporting on performance and KPIs
  • Supporting and developing junior team members

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong SEO experience with ownership of a site or key areas
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑autonomy environment
  • Experience across technical and content SEO
