The Role
- Define and deliver credit pricing strategies across customer acquisition and lifetime pricing.
- Own pricing governance and fair value frameworks, representing pricing in senior forums.
- Lead the development and oversight of pricing, forecasting and performance models.
- Set and manage valuation metrics such as NPV, IRR and risk adjusted margins.
- Use testing and experimentation to assess pricing changes and optimise outcomes.
- Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a team of analysts and data scientists within a growing commercial analytics function.
- Partner closely with product, analytics and engineering teams to improve data quality, automation and reporting.
