Role Overview: The Customer Digital Analyst will analyze the online customer journey using Google Analytics (GA4), providing insights to improve digital performance. Reporting to the Customer Digital Analytics Lead, you'll support various business units with actionable insights, requiring strong technical skills and a commercial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze website performance, sales, and transactions.
  • Audit, implement, and report on GA4 data, becoming the expert.
  • Create data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Conduct A/B testing and recommend optimizations.
  • Present findings confidently to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on eCommerce and retail trends.
  • Demonstrate expertise in GA4, data visualization, and A/B testing.
