We are working with a leading medical publishing brand committed to raising healthcare standards across Europe and the US. They seek a CRM Database Manager to oversee their CRM strategy and operations, focusing on data management, segmentation, reporting, and GDPR compliance.

The Role

This position reports to the Head of Marketing. You will be the team’s HubSpot expert, managing their CRM system to improve data quality, performance, and structure, thereby enhancing marketing outcomes and ensuring GDPR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a compliant and effective database
  • Lead segmentation and workflow optimization in HubSpot
  • Provide performance insights to various teams
  • Identify and resolve platform or process pain points
  • Support B2C and B2B campaign delivery and lead management
  • Develop strategies for database growth and nurturing
  • Own reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience in CRM, database marketing, or similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot (segmentation, workflows, reporting)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Values-driven approach emphasizing collaboration, ownership, and initiative
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and present insights to leadership
  • Experience with B2B and B2C data is a plus
  • Comfort working independently with autonomy
