Role Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Director - AI, Data & Analytics to lead the strategic direction of their data, analytics and AI capabilities.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide data strategy, delivering AI-enabled business solutions, and building a high-performing team that supports digital transformation and commercial growth.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to embed data-driven decision-making, oversee modern data platforms, and champion the adoption of AI across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Data, Analytics or AI.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering enterprise data and AI strategies.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, data engineering, analytics and AI/ML technologies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data governance, compliance and data quality best practices.
  • Experience delivering business intelligence, reporting and advanced analytics solutions.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate business objectives into technology and data initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
