About the role

Web Analyst role within a global retail business, focused on hands-on GA4 and GTM implementation. This is a key hire in a small, high-impact team, working across multiple European brands to improve tracking and digital data quality. This is not a reporting role - the focus is on implementation, ownership and working closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions end to end.

The role

As a Web Analyst, you'll work across multiple digital products, acting almost like an internal consultant - understanding stakeholder requirements and then implementing tracking solutions yourself. You will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and managing GA4 and Google Tag Manager setups
  • Defining and delivering tracking requirements across web and app
  • Working with stakeholders to scope and prioritise tracking needs
  • Identifying gaps in data collection and improving data quality
  • Supporting GDPR and cookie consent implementations
  • Collaborating with digital, UX and engineering teams across the business

Skills experience

Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager implementation. Strong understanding of event tracking, tagging and data collection.
