The Role
- Sit within a central Player Analytics team supporting digital, marketing, CRM and wider commercial initiatives
- Lead ad hoc deep dive analysis to uncover player behaviour, commercial opportunities and risks
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape decisions around product launches, digital optimisation and innovation
- Build commercial models to assess upside, cannibalisation and portfolio level impact
- Evaluate new game mechanics and incentive structures, including financial impact and responsible play considerations
- Design and analyse test and learn activity, measuring uplift and unintended consequences
- Act as a trusted thought partner, anticipating questions and challenging assumptions with confidence
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial analytics experience in a fast paced, consumer or digital environment
- Advanced SQL skills, with experience working in modern cloud data warehouses
- Hands on experience with Python and or R for advanced analysis such as segmentation, cohorting or clustering
- Confidence working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
- Ability to clearly articulate complex insights to senior, non technical stakeholders
- Exposure to regulated industries and an understanding of responsible customer engagement is highly valued
