Role Overview:

The Customer Digital Analyst role will focus on providing insights to drive the online customer journey, using your expertise in Google Analytics (GA4). Reporting directly to the Customer Digital Analytics Lead, you will work within a dynamic team that supports various business units across the company. This position requires an individual with a commercial mindset, strong technical skills in analytics tools, and the ability to deliver actionable insights to multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the onsite customer journey and provide insights into website performance, sales, and transactions.
  • Leverage GA4 for auditing, implementation, and reporting, becoming the go-to expert for the tool.
  • Produce data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Conduct A/B testing and offer recommendations to optimize digital experiences.
  • Engage confidently with stakeholders, presenting findings and making strategic recommendations.
  • Stay updated with trends in eCommerce and retail, understanding the dynamics of different markets and customer segments.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • GA4 Expertise: Strong experience in auditing, implementing, and analyzing GA4 data.
  • Data Visualization: Proficient with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • A/B Testing: Knowledge of or experience with A/B testing and providing actionable insights.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to engage with stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations clearly.
  • Curiosity & Commercial Mindset: Demonstrated curiosity about eCommerce, with a focus on business growth.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working with retail or eCommerce industries.
  • Familiarity with app analytics and digital channels.
  • Technical experience in GA4, Data Visualisation and A/B testing.
  • Strong experience with SQL.
