The Role
We are hiring a CRM Manager to own and scale lifecycle marketing across email, driving retention, subscription performance, and customer lifetime value in a high growth DTC environment. You will translate CRM strategy into campaigns, automations, and experimentation, while managing a CRM Executive and partnering closely with brand, product, and data teams to deliver measurable commercial impact.
