Senior Insight Analyst Stockport (Hybrid - 2x Days a Week) £This is an opportunity to join a well-established, customer-focused business with a strong data culture, following an internal promotion within the analytics team; you'll sit within a high-impact Customer & Commercial Analytics function, working closely with Digital, Marketing, and Contact Centre teams to drive performance through insight! You'll analyse how customers interact across channels, identify drop-off points, and deliver actionable insights that directly influence marketing spend, contact strategy, and sales performance; this role blends deep-dive analysis, stakeholder engagement, and real-time performance reporting. Evaluate marketing performance & ROI across channels Monitor and optimise contact centre performance (sales-focused metrics) Support real-time decision-making with data-driven insights Strong SQL skills Proven experience delivering insights in a commercial / customer-focused environment proven ability to influence and tell a clear story with data Experience analysing funnels, conversions, or marketing performance Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
