This is an opportunity to join a well-established, customer-focused business with a strong data culture, following an internal promotion within the analytics team; you will sit within a high-impact Customer & Commercial Analytics function, working closely with Digital, Marketing, and Contact Centre teams to drive performance through insight!
THE ROLE
This is a commercially focused analytics role centred around the end-to-end customer journey: from initial lead through to conversion. You will analyse how customers interact across channels, identify drop-off points, and deliver actionable insights that directly influence marketing spend, contact strategy, and sales performance; this role blends deep-dive analysis, stakeholder engagement, and real-time performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse the customer journey from enquiry/ad response through to conversion
- Deliver sales funnel reporting (conversion rates, drop-offs, engagement trends)
- Evaluate marketing performance & ROI across channels
- Monitor and optimise contact centre performance (sales-focused metrics)
- Identify customer pain points and opportunities to improve CX and conversion
- Translate stakeholder questions into clear analytical outputs and recommendations
- Support real-time decision-making with data-driven insights
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong SQL skills
- Proven experience delivering insights in a commercial / customer-focused environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement; proven ability to influence and tell a clear story with data
- Experience analysing funnels, conversions, or marketing performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
