Senior Salesforce Administrator (Service Cloud) 12-month Contract | Outside IR35 | £375-416/day | Hybrid (2x a week in London) We're supporting a major European travel organisation on the search for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their team on an initial 12-month contract .
This is a hands-on role for someone who calls themselves a Service Cloud expert and enjoys working in a collaborative environment where quality, best practice and continuous improvement are valued.
You'll play a key role in the ongoing enhancement of the Service Cloud platform, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions while ensuring robust deployment and release processes.
What you'll be doing Leading configuration and enhancement of Salesforce Service Cloud.
Managing the deployment lifecycle using modern Dev Ops practices.
Preparing, validating and deploying changes safely across Salesforce environments.
Working with Git Hub and Gearset to manage source control and deployments.
