SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER
£75,000 – £85,000 + BONUSHYBRID – LONDON 3X A WEEK

This FTSE250 FinTech is a world leader in derivatives trading holding a larger portion of market share and operating across 16 regions. It combines the scale of a global financial player with the energy of a high-growth tech company, delivering modern mobile, web, and desktop trading platforms to retail investors. The business is investing heavily in product design and undergoing transformational change, making this an exciting time to join.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll take the lead in shaping onboarding and account opening journeys, playing a pivotal role in driving customer conversion and engagement. You'll be hands-on across the full design process – from discovery and research, through ideation and prototyping, to high-quality delivery. You'll also contribute to strategic decisions alongside product managers and engineers, while raising the bar for design quality and mentoring junior team members.
PROJECTS YOU'LL WORK ON
- Redesigning and modernising legacy trading platforms.
- Building out new retail propositions to compete at entry level.
- Creating a unified product proposition across web and app.
- Designing a best-in-class onboarding experience.
- Contributing to the full redesign of the product stack.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
Must haves:
- Strong end-to-end product design experience (discovery ? testing ? delivery).
- Expertise in Figma, design systems, and prototyping.
- Evidence of creative problem-solving – able to think beyond competitor patterns.
- Experience working in high-pace environments (startup or fintech/FSI).
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have:
- UX/product research exposure.
- Experience designing for complex, regulated workflows.
- Animation or motion skills.
