Are you an experienced performance leader who thrives on data, strategy, and delivering results? We're recruiting a Senior Performance Analysis Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on performance measurement and improvement across a major UK transport network.
About the Role
As part of a wider performance function, you'll lead the performance measurement team (4 direct reports plus 1 indirect) to deliver accurate reporting, strategic forecasting, and insights that drive operational improvements. This is a strategic leadership position that involves building and executing performance plans, managing performance risks, and working closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders across a dynamic, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and attribution of delays and cancellations
- Own performance reporting, forecasting, and target-setting
- Develop and implement long-term performance strategy and risk assurance
- Manage and mentor a growing team of analysts and performance experts
- Build and maintain data models for forecasting and risk quantification
- Deliver bespoke analysis and visualisations (Power BI experience a plus)
- Use data to influence and support operational decision-making
What We're Looking For

- Knowledge of high-volume data analysis
