This well-established fintech has recently started growing out their customer marketing team, and with some exciting new projects comes this new role to lead them!

As a Senior Loyalty Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Leading on their brand new gamification programme, driving the creative strategy to ensure that they are first in class
  • Driving certain customer behaviours and ensuring customer enjoyment and engagement
  • Identifying third parties for the business to work with and drive engagement
  • Championing customer experience, and identifying pain points
  • Working closely with CRM, Customer Engagement, and the Chief Customer Officer

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in a marketing position within a loyalty driven business is ideal
  • Gamification experience is a plus
  • Creative mindset needed
