Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, architects, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively. Define and support testing activities, including test strategy creation, test case development, solution validation, and defect analysis. Document business processes using modelling tools and contribute to maintaining enterprise process repositories.
