POWER BI ANALYST
Β£350 β Β£400 PER DAY OUTSIDE IR35
HYBRID (OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO NORWICH)
3 MONTH CONTRACT
THE COMPANY:
Join a fast-paced company as a Power BI Analyst.
THE ROLE:
As a Power BI Analyst you will play a key role in developing dashboards and reports to monitor service centre activity, uncover insights, and present findings to senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Collaborating with engineering/data teams to access and structure operational data
- Analysing service centre performance metrics and providing actionable insights
- Presenting findings to leadership and board-level stakeholders
- Understanding and integrating data from contact management system
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The successful Power BI Analyst will have:
- Strong experience in Power BI and building dashboards
- Proven experience working with service centre performance data, including operational metrics and KPIs
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership and board presentations
- Exposure to contact management systems (Genesys)
