The business is currently undergoing a large-scale global People transformation programme focused on standardising and optimising end-to-end people processes across the full hire-to-retire lifecycle.
This programme is heavily focused on creating scalable, globally aligned HR processes whilst balancing regional legal and compliance requirements across multiple countries. There is a strong focus on HRIS-enabled process design, operational efficiency, data quality and downstream reporting capability.
The role will work closely with People Operations, HR Technology, Global Process Owners, HR Business Partners and People Data & Analytics teams to drive future-state process design and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Lead discovery and consolidation of existing people processes across countries and regions
- Run structured stakeholder workshops to validate current-state processes, identify pain points and capture improvement opportunities
- Design future-state global people processes across the full hire-to-retire lifecycle
- Define scalable global standards whilst accommodating local legal and compliance variations
- Partner closely with HR Technology / HRIS teams to ensure processes are system-enabled and operationally effective
- Work alongside People Data & Analytics teams to ensure data quality, reporting capability and accurate data capture at source
- Create clear, standardised and presentable process documentation and governance artefacts
- Support embedding of new global processes, governance and KPI frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations and people processes
- Operate as a senior stakeholder-facing process lead across a global transformation environment
Strong experience in global HR / People process design, transformation or optimisation programmes.
Proven experience designing end-to-end hire-to-retire processes.
Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills across multiple countries and regions.
Experience working alongside HR Technology / HRIS teams within global transformation programmes.
Strong understanding of balancing global process standardisation with local legal and compliance requirements.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors environments, particularly Recruiting / Onboarding / Talent processes, is highly desirable.
Strong process mapping and documentation capability (As-Is / To-Be, BPMN, governance frameworks etc.).
Experience defining process KPIs, governance and continuous improvement frameworks.
Comfortable operating independently within complex global transformation environments.
Lean / Six Sigma or broader continuous improvement exposure beneficial.
