Location: Hybrid - 2x/month in Burton-on-Trent
Salary: Up to £45,000
The Company
A national retail and hospitality group is scaling its in-house CRM function as part of a broader digital transformation. With continued investment in data and campaign automation, the team is focused on delivering timely, accurate, and high-impact CRM communications at scale.
The Role
This is a technically focused CRM Developer position responsible for building and deploying multi-channel campaigns. You'll join a centralised CRM team and take ownership of campaign execution-ensuring journeys are launched accurately, meet targeting requirements, and follow best practices across data and segmentation. Braze is the core CRM platform, and hands-on experience with it is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and deploy CRM campaigns using Braze

Code dynamic emails and content modules using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid

Ensure campaigns meet QA, regulatory, and segmentation standards

Collaborate across CRM, marketing, and analytics teams

Troubleshoot data and logic issues impacting campaign performance

Support integration and testing with external partners when required
Skills & Experience:
Essential:

Proven experience deploying campaigns in Braze (core platform)

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid coding skills

Experience working with dynamic segmentation and data-driven CRM builds

Strong QA focus and attention to technical detail
Desirable:

Retail or agency CRM experience

Familiarity with multi-channel CRM delivery (email, push, in-app)

Understanding of CRM data pipelines and logic
