I am recruiting for a Paid Social Programmatic Executive to join a leading UK consumer business within the travel and leisure sector. This role sits within a high-performing Performance Marketing team, focused on driving digital growth through paid media channels, with a strong emphasis on programmatic.

The Role

  • Manage and optimise programmatic campaigns across key channels
  • Support paid social campaign delivery and performance
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on key KPIs
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve results
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to refine targeting and strategy
  • Ensure high-quality creative and data-led decision making
