This is an opportunity to join a high-profile regulatory programme where your work will directly support business-critical decision making. Sitting within an established Analytics team, you will play a key role in delivering accurate data analysis, reporting, and extracts to support a major FCA redress initiative.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Data Analyst will:
/n
/n
- Support the delivery of a major FCA redress programme.
/n
- Analyse complaints and regulatory datasets to provide actionable insights.
/n
- Write, maintain, and optimise SQL queries.
/n
- Produce large-scale data extracts for operational and reporting requirements.
/n
- Manage high volumes of data requests while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
/n
- Deliver reporting and management information to support programme outcomes.
/n
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.
/n
- Ensure data quality and supporting regulatory reporting requirements.
/n
/n
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
/n
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
/n
/n
- Strong commercial SQL experience, using SQL as a primary analytical tool.
/n
- Proven ability to manipulate, transform, and analyse complex datasets.
/n
- Experience handling large data extract and reporting requests.
/n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
/n
- Ability to work effectively in a regulated or highly governed environment.
/n
- Experience engaging with business stakeholders and translating requirements into deliverables.
/n
- Availability to start within a reasonable timeframe.
/n
- Financial services experience is beneficial
/n
