We're hiring for a growing digital lender backed by a major international investor - currently scaling their UK presence. With rapid growth plans and a full digital rebuild underway, they need a Digital Marketing Manager to own their performance marketing and CRM activity.
Reporting into the Head of Data & Analytics, you'll be the go-to for Google Ads optimisation, CRM campaign delivery, A/B testing, SEO, and channel performance insight. You'll also be a key voice in shaping the UK's digital strategy alongside senior stakeholders - including investors.
- 5+ years in digital marketing
- Must have lending or banking experience (not insurance)
- Comfortable with FCA marketing guidelines (will be screened for this)
- Strong hands-on PPC experience, CRM/email/SMS campaigns
- Google Analytics (GA4), performance reporting
- Some mentoring/leadership exposure a big plus
