£480 - £550 PER DAY OUTSIDE IR35 REMOTE (MUST BE UK BASED) 3 MONTH CONTRACT
THE COMPANY:
This business is undergoing a major shift in how it uses data - moving from strong reporting foundations to a more insight-led, strategic analytics function. With significant investment in growth and product, they are focused on better understanding member behaviour, engagement, and retention.
THE ROLE:
As an MMM Specialist, you'll take ownership of building and embedding a marketing measurement framework that enables the business to understand which channels, campaigns, and investments are truly driving growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing Media Mix Modelling (MMM) to evaluate channel performance across online and offline media
- Leading on incrementality testing to distinguish true impact vs. observed performance
- Developing a measurement framework to guide marketing investment decisions and budget allocation
- Identifying quick wins while also setting out a longer-term roadmap for measurement maturity
- Partnering with marketing and growth teams to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Supporting partner and retail media measurement, including demonstrating ROI and value to external partners
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in Media Mix Modelling (MMM) and marketing measurement
- Strong understanding of incrementality, attribution, and causal inference
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets end-to-end
- Experience with Python (or similar) for modelling and statistical analysis
- Familiarity with dbt and visualisation tools (e.g. Looker, Lightdash, or similar)
- Ability to translate complex modelling outputs into commercial recommendations
- Experience working in fast-paced, consumer-facing or digital environments
