Working across organisational design, change management, capability building, and AI-enabled transformation, you will play a key role in helping clients modernise their marketing functions and deliver sustainable growth.

The Role and Deliverables
- Lead client-facing marketing transformation projects across change management, operating model design, capability building, and AI transformation initiatives.
- Manage project teams, oversee timelines and deliverables, and ensure high-quality outcomes throughout the engagement.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to assess current marketing operating models and design future-state solutions.
- Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, training programmes, and executive-level recommendations.
- Contribute to strategic proposals and new business initiatives, coordinating input from cross-functional teams where required.
- Support project delivery through hands‑on involvement in client materials, presentations, and project documentation.
- Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience leading marketing transformation, organisational design, or change management programmes within a consultancy or agency environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead complex projects from discovery through to implementation.
- Experience designing and embedding new ways of working, operating models, governance structures, or capability frameworks.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of AI transformation, AI adoption, or AI-enabled marketing initiatives.
- Comfortable working with data and insights to inform recommendations and business decisions.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution, including creating and refining client-facing presentations.
