The Role

You will work as part of a multi-skilled analytics team to deliver actionable insights across customer, media, and campaign data. Your work will include:

  • Analysing digital campaigns to understand audience behaviour, performance drivers, and opportunities to optimise.
  • Manipulating large datasets using SQL to uncover insights and support client decision making.
  • Identifying trends in customer and transactional data, including VIP or high value customer segments.
  • Supporting the development of data led strategies across multiple client accounts.
  • Contributing to presentations and discussions with clients as part of a wider team.
  • Collaborating with commercial, media, and product teams to help shape measurement and targeting approaches.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience working as an analyst in marketing, digital, CRM, or customer analytics.
  • Confident manipulating data using SQL.
  • Experience with a BI or data visualisation tool. Tableau is preferred but not essential.
  • Comfortable working with customer, audience, or transactional data.
  • Able to interpret performance, tell a clear story, and contribute to client facing discussions.
  • Curious, proactive, and keen to contribute ideas in a collaborative environment.
  • Agency or consultancy experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising or measurement methods such as MMM is an advantage.
